See add-onsOffice & business cleaning: what's included
We clean offices, clinics, shops, and other workspaces around Pittsburg and Topeka on a schedule that fits how you run. Here is roughly what a regular commercial visit covers, so you know what you are paying for before we ever quote it.

Your recurring clean
The upkeep that keeps a workspace looking cared for and ready for customers and staff, on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule:
- Emptying trash and recycling, and replacing liners
- Restrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking what you supply
- Wiping high-touch spots like door handles, switches, and counters
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
- Dusting desks, shelves, and common-area surfaces
- Tidying break rooms, kitchens, and entryways

Set up around your space
Every business is a little different, so we shape the work and the timing around yours. Common things we sort out at the walkthrough:
- After-hours or before-open cleaning so we stay out of your way
- Which areas need daily attention and which can be weekly
- Periodic extras like baseboards, vents, and detail work
- Keys, alarm codes, and how our team gets in and out
- Any products or areas you want us to use or avoid
We clean the fragrance-free way for businesses too, which matters when you have customers and staff in and out all day, some of them sensitive to scent. Your space comes out clean without that heavy cleaning-product smell hanging in the air. Want the longer story? Our owner Lauren wrote about our non-toxic approach.
Home cleaning: standard vs. deep clean
Most homes start with a deep clean to reset everything, then switch to regular standard visits to stay on top of it. Here is roughly what each one covers, so you know what you are getting before we ever quote it.

Regular housekeeping
Your recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly visit. The upkeep that keeps a home feeling fresh without it ever piling up:
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and outside of appliances
- Bathrooms: toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and mirrors
- Dusting surfaces and the things you touch most
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and a general tidy

A full reset
Everything in a standard clean, plus the built-up spots a normal week never reaches. Good for a first visit, a seasonal refresh, or a home that has gotten away from you:
- Baseboards, trim, and door frames
- Edges, corners, and behind reachable furniture
- Inside the microwave and detailing around fixtures
- Cabinet fronts and harder-to-reach grime
- Extra time on kitchens and bathrooms
We clean the fragrance-free way, so your home comes out clean without that heavy cleaning-product smell hanging in the air. If you want the longer story, our owner Lauren wrote about our non-toxic approach. See our dedicated pages on house cleaning in Pittsburg, KS and house cleaning in Topeka, KS, or the full list of towns we serve across Crawford County.
Airbnb & rental turnovers: what's included
Hosting a short-term rental around Pittsburg means the place has to be guest-ready on a clock, sometimes with a checkout and a check-in on the same day. Here is roughly what a turnover visit covers, so you know what you are getting before we ever quote it.

The turnover visit
The full reset between one guest checking out and the next one walking in:
- Beds stripped and remade with fresh linens
- Laundry run and folded, with clean towels set out
- Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors
- Kitchen reset, including counters, sink, stovetop, and microwave
- Fridge cleared of anything a guest left behind
- Trash and recycling out, liners replaced
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted

The details hosts ask about
A rental is judged in the first thirty seconds, so we finish the way a guest arrives. Things we sort out with hosts at the walkthrough:
- Restocking the paper goods, soap, and coffee you supply
- Checking that remotes, lamps, and small things are back where they belong
- Telling you about damage, stains, or anything left behind
- Photos of the finished space for your records, if you want them
- Timing around your checkout and check-in windows
- Entry, keys, lockbox codes, and where supplies live
We clean rentals the fragrance-free way, and it matters more here than almost anywhere. Guests do not choose your scent, and someone with asthma or a scent sensitivity will notice a heavy plug-in the second they open the door. A rental should smell like nothing much at all. Our owner Lauren wrote about why we skip dryer sheets and plug-ins and about our non-toxic approach generally. Specialized work also covers move-in and move-out cleans, post-event cleanup, and seasonal deep cleans, plus the à la carte extras below. We handle rentals across Pittsburg and the Crawford County towns we serve.

Home cleaning: common questions
The questions we hear most from homeowners in Pittsburg, Topeka, and the surrounding Kansas area.
How much does house cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we quote in person rather than over the phone. After a free walkthrough we price your clean based on the size of the home, its condition, and whether you want a one-time deep clean or regular housekeeping. There is no cost or obligation for the walkthrough.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
It depends on your household. Busy homes with kids or pets often do best with a weekly or biweekly standard clean. Quieter homes are usually fine with monthly visits. Many people start with a deep clean, then settle into a schedule that keeps it from piling up again. We can talk through what makes sense for you at the walkthrough.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean is regular upkeep: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and the surfaces you use most. A deep clean goes further, getting into baseboards, edges, fixtures, and built-up grime. Most homes start with a deep clean, then switch to standard visits to stay on top of it.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use fragrance-free products as much as possible, because it is better for your family and pets and safer for our team too. A clean home does not need a heavy chemical smell. If you have specific products you want us to use or avoid, just tell us at the walkthrough.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients give us access and go about their day. Whatever you are comfortable with works for us. We will talk through entry and any pets at the walkthrough.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring what we need. If you would rather we use products you already have at home, that is fine too. Just let us know.
Office cleaning: common questions
The questions we hear most from offices, shops, and other businesses in Pittsburg, Topeka, and the surrounding Kansas area.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your space, how often you want us, and what the job involves. We do not quote a business off a template, so we come out for a free walkthrough first, then give you a price for the schedule you need. There is no cost or obligation for the walkthrough.
How often should an office be professionally cleaned?
It comes down to foot traffic. Busy offices, clinics, and shops usually want daily or several-times-a-week service for restrooms, trash, and high-touch surfaces. Quieter spaces often do fine with a weekly or biweekly visit. We can talk through a schedule that fits your space and budget at the walkthrough.
Can you clean after hours or before we open?
Yes. A lot of our commercial clients prefer we come in after closing or before opening so we stay out of the way of staff and customers. We will sort out timing, keys, and any alarm codes at the walkthrough so it runs smoothly.
What kind of businesses do you clean?
Offices, clinics, shops and storefronts, and other small to mid-size workspaces around Pittsburg and Topeka. If you are not sure whether your space is a fit, just reach out and we will let you know honestly.
What cleaning products do you use in a business?
The same fragrance-free approach we use in homes. That matters even more in a workplace, where you have customers and staff in and out all day and some of them are sensitive to scent. Your space comes out clean without a strong chemical smell. If you need specific products for your industry, tell us at the walkthrough.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring what we need. If your business has its own supplies or specific products you want used, that works too. Just let us know what you have on hand.
Rental turnovers: common questions
The questions we hear most from Airbnb and short-term rental hosts in Pittsburg, Topeka, and the surrounding Kansas area.
How much does Airbnb turnover cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the place, how many beds and baths there are, and how much laundry comes with it. We do not price a rental off a template, so we come out for a free walkthrough first and then give you a per-turnover price. There is no cost or obligation for the walkthrough.
How quickly can you turn a rental around between guests?
That comes down to the size of the property and the laundry. Same-day turnarounds between a checkout and a check-in are usually workable when we know the window ahead of time. Tell us your normal checkout and check-in times at the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them.
Do you wash the sheets and towels?
Yes. If the property has a washer and dryer, we run the laundry on site while we clean, which is usually the fastest way. Hosts who do a lot of back-to-back bookings often keep two or three full sets of linens so a turnover never has to wait on a dryer. If there is no laundry on site, tell us and we will work something out.
Do you restock supplies for guests?
Yes, we put out and restock what you supply, like paper goods, soap, and coffee, and we tell you when something is running low so you are not caught short mid-booking. We will agree at the walkthrough on where supplies are kept and what you want set out for each guest.
What happens if a guest leaves damage or forgets something?
You hear about it from us, that day. We will send a photo if it helps you sort it out with the guest or the platform. We do not throw away anything that looks like it was left by mistake, so let us know where you want lost items set aside.
What cleaning products do you use in a short-term rental?
Fragrance-free as much as we possibly can. Your guests do not get to choose your scent, and some of them are sensitive to it or have asthma. A rental that smells like nothing much at all reads as cleaner than one that smells like a cleaning aisle. If you want specific products used, just tell us.
Do you clean move-outs and seasonal deep cleans too?
We do. Move-in and move-out cleans, post-event cleanup, and seasonal deep cleans all fall under our specialized work, and you can pair any of the à la carte extras with them. If you are a landlord turning over a long-term rental rather than a nightly one, that is the same kind of job and we are happy to quote it.
